Cooking Resources - Marinating with L&P

It’s so easy with Lea & Perrins

Just splash on Lea & Perrins before cooking to use as a simple and delicious marinade. To tenderize, flavour, and add moisture to your chicken, ribs, steaks, lamb, fish, or even veggies, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Get ready
Pick the protein or veggie you will serve.

  2. Season
    • Simply cover with Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. Add your favourite seasonings too if desired.
    • For extra rich flavour and tenderizing benefits, pierce meat all over with fork. Place in large sealable freezer bag with 1/2 to 1 cup (125 to 250 mL) of Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce to marinade; refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours. Discard used Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce.

  3. Cook
Splash with some fresh Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce for basting and cook to desired doneness.
